"Nadeali gave me a better understanding of where my customers were booking from".

Bahar - Mahfil Restaurant, Kings Norton.
Google Analytics - extremely difficult to understand, manage and report on. Thankfully, being a partner has allowed me to step into the ranks of the worlds best (sort of). I have built websites from scratch and then use Google GA to rectify my mistakes (yes, we all make mistakes).

I can create visualisation diagrams that show the customer journey! Where they came from like acquisition and where they are going, if they dropped off such as bounce rates ( this is where remarketing happens) and if they came back! It's all so fascinating and i can't wait to begin a new project.

Data, research & facts is a core belief of mine. I choose the correct data variants necessary to understand your business and how customers interact.

My approach is to understand how a business functions I.e. Ecommerce, brand management or blog writing. Only then It's possible to apply Google Analytic metrics to understand customer behaviour and apply conversion tracking.
My typical experience with GA.

Acquisition Reporting

I developed a mobile website for my food ordering clients because I noticed customer acquisition occurred mainly in the evening on mobile devices.

Audience Reporting

I did a MPU for B&B Electrical In Stirchley (Birmingham) which i used GA to view who was purchasing from the website. I then used the demographic report and built an MPU for that audience which has a high number of visitors on the Birmingham Mail website. I reported on click rates and tracked their website usage.

Performance Reporting

I used Google AdWords to increase table bookings through the Search Network. An important part of this conversion tracking was to develop a /thankyou.html page that recorded the final step.

"Nadeali increased our table bookings by 300 per month using the table booking system".
